Cancel Order
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Return & Exchange Conditions
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted. However, you will need to cover the return shipping fee.
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
- Bundled items at discounted rates (e.g., "2 for $49.9") unless the entire bundle is returned
- Items you have already assembled
- Items marked "Non-Returnable" on the sale page
- Open box items
Handling Damage Due to Merchant:
However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, you can contact us at ds01@dropship.com.cn, and we will cover the shipping fee. We will handle the issue and work with you to find the best solution.
1.Email Title Format: Order Number + Product Damage
2.Provide Photos and Video Proof: Please include high-quality images and, if possible, a video showing the damaged product.
3.Detail the Damage: Please provide a detailed description of the product damage.
4.Provide Your Requirements: Please state your requirements, such as whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
Handling Replacements:
If you want to replace the item, please re-purchase after returning the damaged item.
If you need to return the item, please ship it back to the following address and provide the return receipt along with the tracking number.
