We use reputable logistics providers such as Hermes, DHL, USPS, Colissimo , and TNT. We do not support specific courier companies. If you need a specific courier, please contact us separately to confirm.

Updating Orders

Before Shipping: If you need to change the delivery address before the product is shipped, please submit a change request and contact us via email for confirmation. If you are not sure, it is recommended to email us for confirmation.

During Shipping: If you need to change the delivery address after the product has been shipped, please contact us via email. We will coordinate with the logistics provider to make the necessary changes.
